Teacher Leadership: Weekly Tips From ESL Teacher to Staff

What kind of initiative are you taking to be an advocate at school?  There are many ways to be an advocate.  One of them is to share information with other staff to help them understand the students and immigrant families better.  Here is one way of going about it.  this teacher sends out weekly messages to the school staff:
