Last Friday, Sept. 30th, we held a “Golden Bell” trivia game for our elementary students. They were given a list of 20-60 questions (depending on their grade and level) to look at and memorize over the month, and on Sept. 30 we put their skills to the test!

I did a short review with my two 2nd grade classes before the real event, and here are three  (short) videos of that review.

The students had a lot of fun and did quite well – some did better than others naturally, but everyone tried their best. We had some surprising winners emerge which made us all happy. A few of the first graders became upset when they didn’t win, but we explained that that’s how games work. Not everybody wins, but if you tried your best that’s all we hope for.

All in all, it was a success!
