Buddhist or not, teacher or not, everyone should remember to take some quiet personal time out of their day for their mental health.
Are you worry to be alone?
Are you fear of silence?
Are you restless when you are doing nothing?
Are you always be “accompanied” by something?
A few of my friends are so worry to be alone, they dare not sleep alone. Some might even on music or light for whole night if not they are not able sleep.

If Quiet and Space are so important for our happiness, why don’t we make room to them in our lives?”
